All service estimates provided verbally or online are approximate and may change after inspection, depending on the scope of work required.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Late payments may incur a service charge. Failure to make payment may result in collection action or additional legal steps.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

While we take every precaution to locate leaks accurately and minimize property disruption, Water Leak Detective is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or plumbing issues
- Damages caused by third-party contractors or repair work not performed by us
- Delays or service interruptions beyond our control
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.
7. Warranty
Leak detection services are diagnostic in nature. We guarantee accurate location based on industry-standard practices and technology at the time of service. However, we do not guarantee plumbing repairs or conditions beyond the inspection point unless explicitly stated in a written repair agreement.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information (such as name, address, and phone number) is collected solely for communication, billing, and service purposes.
We never sell or share customer information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to complete your service.
